Shipping to United States:
Free Ground Shipping - This will be either curbside freight or UPS ground
shipping to your home.
- Please allow average of 1-5 business days for processing your order.
- Free shipping items only apply for U.S. customers (within the 48 continental
states), additional shipping may be required for Hawaii & Alaska.
- Please note: We do not deliver on Saturdays. For Saturday delivery, please
contact us for additional charges.
- For Curbside Freight (Large Items) - You will receive a waybill # once the
order ships. The delivery company will contact you with a typical 2-4 hour
window for delivery. The driver will arrive at your home and you will be responsible
for moving and carrying the product from the back of your truck into your
home. If you ordered a very large item, please keep in mind that you might
need additional people to help you unload and carry the item. Most truck companies
offer additional services to help you move the packages from the truck into
your home. Once you receive your tracking information, you can contact the
shipper and/or shipping company directly to inquire about additional fees
and services.
- For Small Parcel - You will receive a UPS, Fedex, or USPS tracking #. We
generally ship smaller, lighter items through UPS, Fedex, or USPS. Usually,
these items will arrive between 2-5 business days after they leave the warehouse.
We do not require a signature for these types of deliveries unless requested
by the customer.

Shipping Guarantee:
We shipped our products with UPS, Fedex, or USPS. The shipping rate is based
on UPS rates. All of our shipments are insured so you don't have to worry about
your package being lost or stolen. Please contact us if there is any issue with
your package.
The tracking number will be emailed to you after the order gets processed,
or you may click on the order status from the order confirmation e-mail. With
the tracking #, you may use our order status
page to check the status of your package.
